Web Log Entry #0004, Monday, November 11, 2002: Day -7
Barely thought about Alaska yesterday. I spent much of the day preparing Jocelyn's boxes for shipping out to her in Vermont, and then had dinner with Chris, Tonya, Bethany and Harold. Today the realization that I'm flying out in a week hit home. I get tense when I'm going to travel. I want to be ready to go, but it's going to take days to get ready. What do I need to bring? I don't know if I'm going to be in a hotel for the first month, or an apartment. I don't like the not knowing. I don't like the waiting. I do know it could be a lot worse; it's not like I'm moving to a place I've never been before. I don't feel very insightful or humorous today. Happy Veteran's Day, everyone, I hope you're not stressed about whatever you're doing!
